The service was great, however, the products were poor and I needed to return them. I have yet to receive my refund, although it has only been 10 days since they received the return.

They failed to deliver the service promised. All products were delivered broken and unusable with no return policy or paperwork included in packg. No information of any kind was included with broken product.

The toner described and purchased (high capacity, 18,000 page) was not what I received (normal capacity, 8,000 or 12,000 pages). When I called, the representative did not know the actual capacity of the cartridges, nor what the equivalent model number was from the manufacturer. Rechecking the web site, they clearly represent their product as high capacity, but the received cartridges did not have the enlarged toner reservoir that the high capacity toner cartridges from other sources have. I returned the cartridges and am waiting for a refund.
