I ordered 2 cartridges and both of them came in broke. No damage to the package. I think they were broken when you received them. I re-ordered and they immediately sent me 2 replacement at no charge. Inkject is a classic bait and switch business. The product I ordered was not delivered but substituted with a similar although compatible item. I accepted the item and didn't complain since I felt it would be too much trouble to have anything resolved.  I would not shop here again	Overall Rating:
