SHipping took about 10 days and when I received my order, one of the toners shipped was incorrect. I've sent 2 e-mails and to date have had no response. I want to ship back the wrong toner since I have no use for it and have requested not to have to pay for the return shipping since I did not order it in the first place. I also requested them to send me the correct toner which I have paid for!!!

You advertised Dell ink cartride for my dell printer, it didn't work, I called customer service. I reset the printer, the printer didn't recognize the cartridge. I called customer service again to request a refund. This was a hassle. I just wanted an ink cartridge at a good price that worked. I'll just pay more and remain a faithful Dell customer. At least I KNOW their products will WORK.
