good prices on ink cartridges and the cartridges seem to be of good quality. The only MINOR problem was the time it took for delivery, but, since I live in Canada, delays are expected as the goods have to pass customs. Cartridge I received was dryer than the one it replaced. Even after moist wipes and cleaning processes.

The promised compatible ink cartridge did not allow my printer to operate properly. After replacing the ink grabber product with my usual standard from Staples, the printer worked just fine. Disappointed in the product as it came in leaking from the package and did fall upon my rug. Not a happy camper.

The ink did not work, the cartridge was dried out and the paper even tho it said it was universal did not work with the Kodak printer.

Order was placed and the cartridges came within about 7 days. The price was very good as well. I enjoy doing business with a company that follows through. Will definitely do business here again. I didn't answer question #4 because I didn't have to contact them.

I placed my order was sent to wrong address (address was correct in their system they just shipped to different one) they say we filed a complaint with fedex will have answer within a week almost 2 weeks later still waiting for ink or refund all I get is we're waiting on fedex we're waiting on fedex we'll call you of course that phone call never does come. Oder was placed on Feb 27 on march 21 we're still waiting for our order or a refund this site is a con and a joke at best DON'T SHOP HERE IF YOU NEED THE PRODUCT YOU ORDER RUN TO ANY OTHER SITE ON THE WEB OR GO STRAIGHT TO THE STORE THIS SITE IS A RIP OFF

over all i was happy with my order,except 1 of the cartridges i ordered wasnt the correct color.I wanted color as in blue,red,etc....what i got was a pink,purple one,its difficult to copy things with this color ink. bonnie vooris(suelue35@yahoo.com)

Ordered products on 2/28/2007 it is now 03/21/2007 and have not received the order yet. Contacted company and they have reshipped the order and at that time provided a tracking number with FedEx. This replacement order is in transit. Their customer service lady Amy was very helpful and did call back as she said she would. She also got the order shipped, but there was still a two week delay in the shipment.
