What a mess!  The Okidata Toner replacement they sent leaked toner all over the printer, the floor, and my desk while I was trying to install it.

Installationdirections were obscured by the Inkgrabber label tape they used to seal the box.  There were tiny arrows pointing to how to remove the tape sealing the toner inside the cartridge but that didn't help.

The cartridge was cheap, didn't fit right, and when the cheap tape was removed, spilled all over.

The design of the cartridge was different from my Okidata original, and it was almost impossible to get it to set in correctly which I tried to before removing the sealer tape to be sure it would fit.

A cheap, unsatisfactory product that provided a real mess all oer.

Saved some money on the cartridge which will have to go to getting the carpet stains out.

Avoid this stuff.

When I tried to get help online, a chat window kept opening up, and the "chatter" kept trying to sell me a 15 percent discount.  Nothing I wrote was responded to.  The chat made no sense.

I'm going to try to get my money back, but I can't return the toner cartridge.  It's inside three plastic bags covered with black powder.

The refund form is impossible to type into, although the directions in bright red say, "The following information must be printed and included with your return or your return will not be processed."
