I had some initial difficulty. When I clicked "Add to Cart", it would not show the item in my cart. I tried this several times on each of the four items purchased, but the 'shopping cart' was empty. I exited the site, returned to the site and tried again, and then it did add my items to the 'cart'. The items came in a timely manner, in good condition. I haven't tried the ink cartridges yet, but if they work sufficiently, I will purchase the same item from this vendor again.
