Last 2 orders for black ink cartridges have arrived damaged. Have received replacement for 1 only and no paperwork with order to tell which one was being replaced. Also no response to emails notifying them of problems or suggestion that new boxes are flimsey and do not hold up during shipping. Old boxes were much better. May not continue to do business with them if I don't get some response and receive replacement for 2nd damaged cartridge.

Ink is much more affordable than other websites. Seems to be frequently out of stock though. I also used this site to purchase ink for my old printer. The quality of the products was generally very good. A few times the printer cartridges did not work once I tried them.
