 I would not shop here again

Searching for a down coat for my dog in the online catalog I found the Aspen Goose Down Jacket which was shown on a dog with a fanny pack and matching dog mat. The description discussed all three items. There was only one item number which led me to believe that all three items were included in the $110 price tag. I received the jacket and fanny pack very quickly, but no bed. A call to customer service was completely useless, being told that if there was no item number for the bed then it was not included. However, there was no number for the fanny pack and it was included. The customer service supervisor did not even look at the item in the catalog just told me to return it and go buy it somewhere else, which I will.

I did not realize that the product I was ordering was done via a drop shipment of another vendor. The expected time to ship was apparently 1 month - which I was not made aware of at the time I placed the order on line. I always enjoy this catolg but the pet business is increasing in competition and I don't know if the prices w/in the catolog are always reasonable compared to the competition unless it is a very special item.

As of this date, I still have not received the products I ordered. To get the specifics of ordering was like pulling teeth.

I place my oder online,(catalog city.com) and 3 weeks went by and nothing. I then called and spoke to someone who really couldn't help me and said the order probably never came through. She said to call back in a day or two. I called back and was told they couldn't find my order in the system. I then place my order over the phone and still a week 1/2 later am waiting for my order.
