Finally, a merchant you can trust for superior service and excellent product(s). Even rc'd my order the very next day via UPS. Shipping and Handling were FREE too! Their pricing for the cover to keep the leaves out for the winter was very reasonable. Did an on line search and they were one of the lowest providers for this product. Each time I was impressed with the quick delivery - last week's order was received in a day and a half (I placed the order around 10pm, lol). They frequently have special offers - $ off or free shipping. Great deals on the opening and closing chemical kits. I highly recommend them for pool and spa needs!!

THE ADVERTISEMENTS WERE EASY TO READ AND UNDERSTAND. THE PRICES ARE VERY COMPETITIVE. BUT WHEN I CALLED TO HAVE A CUSTOM SAFETY COVER MADE THE INDIVIDUAL ON THE PHONE STATED IF I DID NOT HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 FT CONCRETE ON ALL SIDES OF MY POOL THEY COULD NOT MAKE IT, HOWEVER WHEN I WENT TO ONE OF YOUR COMPETETORS THEY WERE ABLE TO MAKE THE SAFETY COVER AND DELIVER IT WITHIN A COUPLE OF WEEKS.

My first purchase from In the Swim was a new solar cover for my pool that my local pool stores did not have in the size I needed. In the Swim not only had the size I needed but I had my solar cover at my front door on a Saturday! Only 2 days after I placed my order online! And another advantage to buying online from In the Swim was that I did not have to cram the cover in my car and then try to get it out when I got home. I will surely be shopping here again for my chemicals, etc. Probably will purchase any item I don't absolutely have to have right away.
