December 1st I ordered five Holiday dog collars to the tune of over $100 to give as gifts at our Great Dane Rescue's December 19th Christmas party.  
When I received an email later on stating they had been shipped on December 9th, I called the company with my concerns about why it had taken so long to process this order!

The person at the other end of the phone was of NO help but told me I would definitely have these by the date I needed them by.

As of Friday, December 19th, the collars never arrived.  I had to run out before the party to three different places trying to find dog holiday collars at this late date! 
HORRIBLE!!!

They did not arrive Saturday and I would be willing to bet I don't get them tomorrow - Monday.  Even if I did, they are now of NO use to me!  The thing that really P-O's me is that now when I send them back because of THEIR lousy shipping practices, I still will probably be charged their ridiculous S/H charges!

I will absolutely NEVER shop with this company again! For the price, they could very well have shipped these to me via Priority Mail and I would have had them long ago!
