I received a great replacement part, just 2 days after I placed my order. I'm printing now and the quality is really good. Price was great too!! Order is inaccurate, delivery is slow, customer service is inappropriate.

I placed my order for a set of 4 toners for Oki data color laser printer on February 28 and still don’t have it completed!

On March 12 (almost two weeks for delivery - too much) I received a package where one toner was missed. My email “where is the missed item” was just ignored. I didn’t get any response.

ImageToner sent me email with apology only after I requested my money back. However, I still get neither the missed toner nor money.

I received my order today and was sad to see that the order was incomplete. I was further disappointed as I searched thru all the communication I received prior to shipping and could find no notification that my order would not be complete.

Very Slow delivery. I order my toner on a Monday evening march 2nd and it just shipped on Tuesday march 10th and due to arrive on march 17th 2 weeks later I though i would save a few bucks I guess I got (i hope to)what I paid for. now i have to go to the store and pay double for it.

Fast delivery, but I have not tried the toner yet.  My only complaint is that they gave me the tracking number for my shipment after the package was delivered...not very useful at that point.  Will do business with them again if the toner works as advertised.
