Fast and reliable. Products shipped on time. I had an issue with my credit card (I entered some data wrong) and Robert quickly called me and let me know that there was an issue. Smooth sailing from there!

Great product and customer service. No worries mate! I never heard of this brand before, so I wondered if it would even show up. It did and I'm now in tune to this whole conspiracy in snowboarding is. I hope you do too well not really.

Simply the best snowboard shop or snowboard brand on the web.

I ordered a package deal from The Illuminati. They are a small company so details are not overlooked. They shipped my board the same day I ordered it and it was the best deal I could find. I was satisfied for sure when it arrived. Now I just wish that it would snow!!
