Unfortunately I wanted the jersey for Christmas and ordered it a bit late and the expected date of delivery could not be moved up to get the jersey in time. However, this was communicated on the website. It would have been nice to be able to expedite the delivery.

Ordered plain jerseys from this company about a dozen times, fully satisfied. Got a customized jersey this time around and, even though I provided photos of how it was supposed to look as they requested, it came customized in a font that was no where near authentic and ended up looking like a $230 hoakie jersey done at a local t-shirt shop. I might continue to purchase plain jerseys from them if the price is outstanding but never again a customized one. Broken promises and empty guarantees.

Found out about Icejerseys.com while reading the Hockey News. I went to the website and decided to order a customized hockey jersey. Was notified that the jersey was out of stock, but would be in shortly. Decided to go ahead and wait it out. Once the jersey arrived to them it was promptly customized and shipped out to me. When I received it, I have to say that it is the best of the hockey jerseys that I own. They do an amazing job and I will continue to use them for any future hockey jersey purchases. The only problem that I do have though is a minor one and that is the limited shipping options. The only company they appear to use is UPS. I do not mind UPS but when shipping from New York to Idaho the USPS Priority Mail system would be quicker than UPS service and the cost is very close to the same. This is a minor item and should not prevent anyone from using this company.
