I was hesitant to order from a company without any reviews,but for the Logitech MX Duo cordless keyboard and mouse for $39.00 plus shipping (about $45.00 out the door),I thought I had nothing to lose. This was the cheapest price on Shopping.com and I was surprised that there were no store reviews. Anyway, the product is "Renewed" - basically, it was tested and found to be in perfect working condition.Ordering was simple,order was confirmed via e-mail, & shipping was FAST. Product does not come in the original box (no big deal) but comes nicely packaged and with all parts, including the rechargeable batteries and software disc - which are not always included with "renewed" or "refurbished" products. Only complaint, does not come with original warranty, which is fine,but this is not clearly stated on the company's website - you have to look under the ICT's "Customer Terms Agreement" which states warranties may be limited on some products,so even if you read this, you really do not know whether the specific product you are ordering will come with the manufacturer's warranty or not. Most items come with a 30 day ICT warranty though. Installation was a breeze & so far everything is working great. I am happy to provide this company with their first review.
