I had a little trouble with my purchase this time. The amethyst pendant was offered with an extra 20% off. When I check out I saw the 20% deducted. However, I went back to check on something and the second time I check out the 20% became 10%. I tried to go back to check if the 20% I remembered was right, and it was. So I went back to check out again and this time there is no discount at all. I intitiate a live email with customer service or I think I also make a phone call to find out what's going on. I was instructed to follow the procedure which I have. I started all over again and this time I got the 20% off. Lots of time wasted but I got the price advertised. The stone was smaller than expected. The picture seems bigger which I was going to match a ring I have. The quality of the pendant was satisfactory though.

The web site list longer customer service hours than is true. When I tried to call the message said they were closed yet the web site said they were open on Saturdays and extended hours during the week.

I had ordered a jade bracelet from e-bay. It is spectacular and an amazing buy. It is just not my style. The one from ice.com is more delicate, but it doesn't appeal to me for some reason -- the links are weak, and it will come apart too easily to wear with ease.

I am finding that the last two purchases that I have made have been sent through Canada Post and not Fed Ex. When I get a confirmation e-mail to confirm shipment it states that it has been sent through Fed Ex. This form of delivery takes up to two weeks to arrive and not a few days when sent by Fed Ex.

I was under the impression when I ordered I was suppose to receive a Necklace. I didn't get that in my order. Did I misunderstand a material term of that offer?
