I have always received beautiful jewellery from this company. Sometimes you see a picture and when you receive the product you are disappointed, but with this website I have been stunned again and again at the beauty of the products that are bought and have never felt misled in any way. ICE.com is my favorite source of jewellery gifts online. I would not go anywhere else at this point.

I have not had any problems, but a suggestion would be to show not only the closeup of the item, but also the ACTUAL SIZE, in a photo. This way you are not surprised when you receive it, and wouldn't return the item because of misjudgement of size.

Original product ordered not supplied by supplier. Had to change item, second choice had garnet listed as stone, turned out to be amethyst in color. Customer service said stones in that item 'vary'. Took a long time to get back in touch with customer service, they were closed early and on odd days of the week.

My experience in the past purchasing from Ice.com has been great, my only discrepency regarding my last order, was the condition in which I recieved these Earrings. I noticed they were bent, somewhat out of shape. Perhaps this happened by not carefully placing them within the jewelery box that it came within (this is only my assumption). Nevertheless, the products offered on Ice.com are fantastic, I hope in the future better care will be taken as my last orders have been in great shape.

so far ice.com has been a useful on-line shopping choice. on two occasions I have purchased earings, and both purchases are totally satisfactory. My only problem was with the shipping time on the last purchase. I asked for USPS priority and the item was shipped via another carrier and late. Also, regarding this survey - your question regarding returns presumes there has been a return, there is no choice for n/a. I have not returned anything so I have NO IDEA how satisfactory their return process may be.

I really honestly love ICE.COM They have a wonderful selection in every price range for every budget. I cannot afford a lot of money on jewelry but I love it. I can easily afford to shop at Ice and they guarantee my product or money back. I can even exchange for something else which is easy since there are so many beautiful pieces to choose from. I have purchased rings as gifts and the receiver was truly happy with the gift. I have had compliments on my rings by many people including my doctor! I look at Ice.com daily to see what is new. I have NOT had to return any item I've purchased, so I can't answer question #9 accurately. I was impressed with the quality of the merchandise I've purchased. There is some uncertainty when buying on-line and only having a picture to view. The products I've purchased have always been exactly what was pictured and the quality and workmanship is impressive.
