Absolute junk -- buyer beware. I trusted this store because it advertised a special through my employer -- a major international corporation. Spent more than $300 on three items that turned out to be complete trash. Photos looked beautiful, nothing like what arrived. If any of the jewelry was real, it was of the lowest quality -- scratched stones with actual dirt embedded inside of them. Each piece of jewelry was a flawed mess. Hardly a coincidence. There is no way I could give these as gifts. I know jewelry and knew right away I made a huge mistake. My company has since pulled down the ad. Customer service has been horrible. They simply did not seem to care at all. And when my corporation called the ice.com marketing representative to discuss quality issues, he refused to return the call. I have not received any refund and it's clear I'm going to have to jump through hoops. I've since read ice.com reviews on other sites and it is all very negative. I hate to say, but I'm afraid those who have enjoyed their ice.com experience may not know jewelry well enough to know they are getting swindled. You can do better in a mall costume jewelry store! Please save yourself the headache and the embarrassment of an ice.com purchase.
