I had a little difficulty with connecting by phone. I needed to be sure we would receive the order in time.I ended up ordering on-line with 2 day delivery. I did receive a follow-up phone call the following day to be sure I was saticified and insured the product would be delivered on time.

Customer service was slow to advise when shipping would occur. When awning was shipped, the internet connection went to the wrong shipper, so that I could not track the shipment.

Thier website promoted "same day shipping" if the order was received by Noon on that day. I placed my order well before noon. The item was expected withing 2-3 days. I ordered on Thursday. The item was not shipped until the following Tuesday. I received the item the next day (Wednesday). Therefore it took six days, including order day to receive the item. Excluding the weekend days, it took 5 days to receive this item. And it took several days for the item to be shipped, as opposed to the "same day shipping" that was promised. Additionally, when I researched this item, the price was $20 dollars lower than when I purchased it (two weeks later). I emailed them about the price increase and they replied that there was nothing that they could do for me. While I am happy with the quality of the product that I purchased, I am less than satisfied with hutshop.com's customer service. I know that there are other companies that carry this product. In the future, I will do better research before making my purchasing decision. If I choose to use this company again, I will have lower expectations and will not expect them to live up to what they have stated on their website. As a business owner with my own website, I believe in "walking the talk" delivering on the service you promote on your site.

The picture od mdse showed a "floor".... there wasn't one in package... The light fixture shown was a 3 light.. the one received was a small single light !

shipment arrived very quickly. discovered that one of the sidewalls was defective (zippers in wrong place and no zipper slide). it took 5 days of trying to reach them by phone with no result. i sent an email to them and was answered quickly. said they would ship out a replacement. when received, the replacement was a complete new set of sidewalls (4). Shipping box was undamaged but inside was slashed through the carrying case and two walls. I got one replacement so I guess I shouldn't complain. It was like a slap on the face - "here's your replacement from our garbage pile..."

I ordered five items from this company, and they sent me three with no explanation about the other two.  I called customer service two times, and nobody seemed to have any idea where the others were.  It has now been over a month since I placed my original order, and I can't get anyone on the phone.  I would never shop here again, and I wish I had the $60 back that I spent on the two missing pieces of my order.  DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!

We ordered a barbie house for a daughter, and we recieved a tonka truck instead.  We contacted Hutshop and they told us they willl not ship the barbie house unitil we return their truck.  I explained that I would be glad to return the little truck, but the barbie house was a Christmas gift that we ordered and I was concerned over how long that would take.  They refused to budge, and never apologized about the mistake.  When I asked for a refund they refused.  They just gave me a hard time about THEIR mistake.  I still do not hhave either the correct item nor my money back!. This has been a terrible experience, and I cannot reccomend them to anyone.  Buyers beware!

There was a glitch on the website that wouldn't allow me to complete my order, but the customer service rep on the phone placed the order for me. I liked the product so much (at at such a nice price!) that I ordered another set! This time, the I was able to order online. Shipping was quick!
