THEY WERE ON VACATION THE WEEK I CALLED SO I ORDERED BY PHONE, AS SOON AS THEY RETURNED I WAS CALLED IMMEDIATELY, THIS WAS MY SECOND TIME ORDERING. MY BOX WAS LARGE WITH HEAVY SYRUP IN IT SO MY TEAS WERE CRUSHED, BUT THAT PROBABLY COULDN'T BE HELPED, BUT IT WAS FAST SERVICE AND ALWAYS POLITE AND ON TIME.

They were great. The only minor problem was the following. A friend and I placed an order the same day. She received a tracking number and she also received this free online booklet explaining how to use the product, and I didn't receive one. I had to email them to ask for my tracking number. Other than that, everything was great. I will shop with them again. I'm very happy with the products. Thanks!
