I purchased two sink faucets and one Roman tub faucet and one shower faucet and control. The only one I have not had break yet is the shower. The faucets looked great, however both sink faucets broke beyond repair within a year. The Roman

I bought a shower valve and hand shower. The quality is tops and they look great.
The service is great (just make sure you bookmark the page where you submit an enquiry since you might need it to find your reply - your spam filter might block the reply notices.) You can shop for bathroom fixtures with ease at Hudson Reed, and know that you will pay a very reasonable price for a high quality fixture. I will buy from them again. |

I looked for a complete shower system and found nice ones starting $2000. I bought my Hudson reed for $700. The package arrived in two days from England to Los Angeles. I think it was delivered by Superman. The product looks so beautiful, so classy, I am in complete awe. I cannot wait to have it installed. Heavy duty valve, highly recommended!!! million dollar shower!!

I actually had a different experience than most with this company. I ordered a thermostatic shower valve and a couple of other valve components from these guys. The valve looked great in the picture online and looked pretty good to me when I received

The worst of the worst

Absolutley the worst on line shopping experience of my life. Products showed up late, damaged, didn't fit US specs, didn't comply with S.F. building codes. And then the fun began trying to return the stuff. These guys are crooks.

I purchased the Earl radiator/towel warmer to be the main source of heat for my small bathroom, since it ties directly into a hot-water heating system. I was very excited about it because it was just the right size and the right style for my

Nightmare, DONT DO IT!

Looks great. Its cheap. it doesn't work. I have spent over $1000 on certified plumbing labor within a year alone and they still break. We bought a faucet for the bathroom sink and the entire shower unit. Faucet arrived and leaked. They replaced the unit kindly since they have a "10 year warranty" the new one doesn't leak but you have cold water or very hot. If you want luke warm you have to accurately place the handle within a millimeter space from left to right. Basically doesn't work. Shower is a bigger nightmare. The handle broke. They send us a new one. Plumber charged and replaced. Tile guy charged and replaced the wall. 3 months later handle broke again. Cheap brass and poor design. They have sent me 4 shower units, which is nice of them but who's gonna pay my plumber labor fees? The warranty DOES NOT COVER LABOR. Smart of them. A huge shame because they are nice and the product looks great and its reasonable. But they forgot the whole reason behind it... it needs to function. Never again will I cheap out on faucets/showers. Everyone told me and the 10 year warranty fooled me.

Customer Service? What a joke! Don't depend on them responding within the time they promised.

What a lesson in frustration! Customer Service?? What Customer Service!! Forget the time frame they say they will respond. I purchased a beautiful faucet for a good price through the American site for Hudson Reed. It looks great sitting on my sink, but we can't hook it up because it doesn't have fittings that connect to American plumbing. So it just sits there. And the return policy says you must return it within 7 days???? How practical is that?
Now....if the folks at Hudson Reed actually read this and get back with me as promised, and tell me how I can hook up the faucet -- or send me the parts, I will write another review extolling their virtues. I promise. My word is good. Is theirs??? Or is the old axiom true -- you get what you pay for? |

Second Visit to Hudson Reed to buy the rest of my bathroom fittings. Complete Shower system, more Faucets and a shower seat. Saved about $400 buying from them compared to other On-line Shops. The delivery arrived in 2 days and i had a working shower 2 days after that. Plumber Loved them and they installed in no time.
Customer Service was excellent as it was the previous time i ordered and the products were amazing. I now have a designer bathroom that is the envy of all my neighbors and it came in under budget. I can't recommend them highly enough, some of my friends are even starting to try them out. |

I am not sure how to begin describing how poor this company is. I have so many problems with their service and the products themselves. It seems that they have just recently began selling in north America and they did absolutely no research on the

Don't know, haven't had a chance to purchase the product I want at correct price

As it stands right now, I feel like a bate and switch is happening. When I look up this "Amber Chrome Twin exposed thermostatic shower valve" on the internet, and I find the price of $154.99 that I saw on Hudson's web site on the 2/16/05's print out I have. I go to buy it, it sends me to Hudson's web site, except the price is now $80.00 more. It is less then one week since I first found the valve. It is very disappointing! They need to fix what ever is going on.
