HORRIBLE- FAT CHANCE GETTING A REFUND!

I purchased two sink faucets and one Roman tub faucet and one shower faucet and control. The only one I have not had break yet is the shower. The faucets looked great, however both sink faucets broke beyond repair within a year. The Roman tub faucet also broke from underneath causing water damage to my basement ceiling. Initially they were very helpful. They promptly sent me a new faucet which we installed and worked well. I even wrote a testimonial their great customer service. Then the second faucet and the Roman tub faucet broke. They then told me they no longer had the same finish to replace the faucet and would give me a refund. They sent a check that was UNCASHABLE in the US! I sent them the information the bank gave me as to why the check was uncashable. It has been two months of going back and forth on their website e-inquiry page and now they have not responded at all for two weeks! I have sent 3 inquiries with no response. It appears at this point their response is to ignore the issue. It is difficult to comprehend how a company that sells internationally is not equipped refund a purchase promptly. I definitely would not  because of all the problems with the product and ridiculous hassle of trying to get a refund.
