love the shoes i purchased, prices weren't bad at all,shipment was VERY quick. only one fault in the whole transaction. nothing happened to my shipment but the packaging was only two boxes taped together and that wasn't done very well. when i picked up the box off my porch, it split open just like an egg. the tape wasn't wrapped all the way around the two boxes that were put together. luckily everything was intact.

Incredible! I was shopping for a pair of Sebago shoes. All other sellers had the identicle style priced between $90 and $125. Houser priced them at $69, free shipping, and they arrived in 2 days!! The only problem was in delivery. That was due to part of the address being left off of the shipping label. I don't know whether I failed to provide it, which is highly unlikely, or the software you use had a capacity limitation that was exceeded, and thus the suite number was omitted. Either way, delivery was delayed until the error was discovered. (I have since called to make sure the full address was included in my account record.)

I really liked the site and will use them again in the future. My only complaint is that I never received an email confirming the order or an email with a tracking number as stated on the site. When I called the customer service number, the lady that helped me was very nice and helpful. I couldn't be happier. The availability of the shoes in my size (11) was great. Also, It occurred to me overnight that it would have been a good idea to have ordered one pair a size larger to wear with big socks. Shoes were not as described and the revies of the shoes were incorrect. These were described as metal detector friendly and the reviews said the same. They do not pass through airport checkpoints (as I work there) and i have had to return them.
