The products have been out of stock, for quite awhile, due to problems at the manufacturer. House to Home was very good about keeping me informed as to the availability (or not)of the product. Because House to Home is particular in wanting to stock only the best brands, I waited until the product was available from them for several months!

This was a very confusing experience. I placed my order, then almost two weeks later I received an email telling me that my order was cancelled because I had not replied to a request for approval of the charges for international shipping. But I had not received any request, and was expecting my parcel by then. The only communication I had was an email with the order summary. On trying to make contact, I could not get through on the email address given. Then I rang and left a telephone message explaining what had happened, but had no reply. Next I get a notification that my credit card has been billed, so I was wondering if my order was coming or not. A few days later my parcel arrived. After reading all the positive feedback from customers on the website, I was not anticipating this problem. I am disappointed at the confusion, and lack of communication when there was a problem.

Good selection of Christmas mailbox covers. Diane DeCurtis sent me an e-mail shortly after I ordered to let me know that the cover was currently out of stock but due in December 4th. Said she would ship order out as soon as it came in, apologized for any inconvenience and asked if I'd like to switch to a different cover. I received the cover earlier than I expected and am very pleased with the product and the service.
