I was worried about ordering from Horticultural source because of all the bad reviews, but I did anyway. I got my order pretty quickly and there was no hassle at all. I will definetly use them again.

They will backorder your items without notifyying you, refuse to give money back, and the longest shipping time I have ever seen! Whatever you are ordering, it's not worth the $.50 you might save with these guys. BUYER BEWARE! |

Do yourself a favor, find another retailer that has the product you're looking for. Thier customer service is the worst, and you simply cannot get them via telephone.
I ordered a snapture snapstand from these guys since their price was so low. When the package finally came, it was the wrong stand. I tried getting a hold of them via telephone,...have fun speaking to the recording, they simply do not accept telephone calls, only emails, which take them 24hrs to respond to. After explaining the error via email, one return label was sent to me, the problem is, it was two boxes. After one month of back and forth emailing, a second label was finally sent. After shipping back their screwed up order, I noticed no refund had taken place. I had to call and complain to get my refund processed. The kicker is that they refused to refund the shipping charges for the product they incorrectly shipped to me. Save your sanity, shop somewhere that appreciates your business. |
