Everything was readily accessible. The images were large enough so no squinting was needed and there was quite enough description to make me an informed shopper. Great experience.

I was reminded not to shop any merchant who uses FedEx and requires a signature. If there is some kind of release to be oked on line, it should be made more evident. I will not pay to have something delivered and then go and pick it up. I might as well shop at the local department stores.

I have had wonderful experience shopping at Horchow. This is the first time the quality wasn't up to par. I ordered some bath towels monogramed. Everything else has been great.

Received the foil labels on 1/19/05, but have not received the embosser yet. Called Horchow on 1/20 to see why I didn't receive the embosser at the same time as the labels. She said it was a separate order and would ship Feb. 10. I thought the embosser would arrive with the labels so I called to find out why the embosser wasn't with the labels thinking there was an error with the order. Other than that, I'm pleased with ordering from Horchow.

I buy many things from Horchow and frequently large items that are shipped from vendor are not easy to track and take longer to be delivered. It should be a standard procedure that once an item is shipped the client is informed of all details of the order in case he/she has to follow up; i.e., reference number, air bill number, freight number, name of shipping company, telephone contact. I have had several problems that have taken up to six months to be solved if you are not lucky with the person that answers the phone; I have been lucky, though. Thank you,

I ordered monogram towels and all the monogram threads came in a diffferent color so i wasn't satisfied and had to send the towels back.

I found the website easy to navigate and received part of my order earlier than anticipated. I am still waiting for the bulk of my order to arrive. This is not a negative on Horchow's part, the items that have not arrived are being monogrammed and are expected to take a few weeks to arrive.

I got an email with the UPS tracking info for 2 of the 3 items I ordered. It had an estimated delivery date of Jan 18. Today is Jan 19 and they still haven't even shipped. I understand that I ordered furniture, so it would take some time, but the estimated delivery date was misleading and got my hopes up.

Shopping at Horchow is always a pleasant experience. They have fast shipping on in-stock items. Items not in stock are tracked continuously and you can check order status online or by phone. They also have a no hassle return policy.

I had a great experience. I just wish that Horchow sent an email when the merchandise was shipped and provided me with a tracking #. I had to call their customer service to get that information. other than that, it was a great transaction.

My lighting order came damaged. When I called to report it, I was very pleased with the customer service, but I was not at all pleased with the policies of the company. I was required to place a second order on my credit card, while awaiting FEDEX to come pick up my damaged piece, to ensure I would get the item I want. To me it should be Horchow's responsiblity to replace my damaged order, without requiring me to place a second order.

I ordered both non-monogramed and monogramed towels. The non-monogramed have arrived in good shape. I received notice that the monogramed ones have shipped, but they are not here yet. It is unfair to rate their tracking system because they do not give you a USPS tracking number. They do provide a customer service contact if you have questions and I assume they will track for you. The product was as advertised and very satisfactory. Overall, I was quite pleased. I trust the monogramed towels will please me as well.

The color of the product appeared differently on the web than in person. Probably would not have purchased it had I known the accurate color. Secondly, the web site was confusing in terms of knowing when your order was actually placed. By accident I placed the order 2 times. I called customer service immediately to let them know what I did and to cancel the 2nd order. I still received 2 orders in the mail. Now, I have to go to a post office and return the order shipped in error. I would only shop here again because the quality was nice -- if errors continue they would outweigh the quality.

I was somewhat appalled upon receiving the Antique Crystal/Glass jar, as in the containers package material was the 'ORIGINAL' packing/purchase order from Horchow's vendor, Castillian Imports. I was NOT pleased to see that Horchow had purchsed 48 of these items (43 were shipped to Horchow) and the cost to Horchow was only $99.00 each. I understand a 'business profit' but I was charged $199.99 plus tax & shipping, for a total of $211.94. Not sure that I'm okay with a 100% markup, plus!! Let me know if Horchow would like the 'ORIGINAL' packaging/purchase order info for their records. Thanks, Debra Sweigart

I was very upset to receive only half my oder and then be told that the other set of flatware was no longer available. I ordered flatware for 8 people and received one for four people! I have 5 people in my family so 4 gets me no where and now I have to send it back!!!! I was very annoyed to say the least!
