Great service. For the money, closer monitoring of each piece should be made. My daughter is a typical size 8-10 and blouse was several inches too short and not close fitting at all as it was portrayed in the catelogue. and that was very dissappointing as she was about to ware it to a birthday party for herself where all her family and friends were to be there and it did not fit.not even passable.I buy many white shirts,blouses for her and so does she. Ann Kline being a favorite,while in London I purchased a Dolce and Gabanna for her. Please excuse my spelling/not my strong point.The customer service person was excellent. the reason I did not give the company a higher rating is because their address is not listed anywhere conveniently for returning merchandise. we did not keep any original info,because we never dreamed it would not fit, Kathryn Neiswender/Mom

Horchow offers quality merchandise for the discerning buyer. Their selection is high-end and unusual. If I had to tell Horchow one thing it would be for the service representative to not pester me about buying fragrance or lotions when I already declined the offer.

Receiving merchandise can be very slow depending upon the product ordered; however, the merchandise quality is always exceptional. I believe Horchow's suppliers ship directly to the customer, therefore we (customers) are left waiting on orders a long time. (I have not yet received a rug I ordered back in Sept. '04 - Horchow tells me it will be shipped this month !?! - I'm still waiting!)

Almost a whole box of service for four was cracked on the surface, but they were very easy to work with in replacing them. No hassles on the phone. However, I have not received the replacements yet.

I have only received one of three of my purchases to date. It was a defective table candelabra that shorted out my outlets. I did call customer service and they said they would have the defective light returned and a replacement sent. Both my other purchases have been placed on backorder.

Online ordering was quick & easy, and the items arrived before the ETA. The only issue I would list is that you are not able to view how your monogram will look on the item ordered during the ordering process. Otherwise, I found the shopping experience a positive one.

It is taking longer than expected to get the merchandise. According to their website, the itmes were in stock. So i don't understand the delay. Please let Horchow know that they need to improve on the time it takes them to ship out the merchandise.
