Monogramming was a problem because they use all caps on their site, making it impossible for them to tell if a word is spelled with more than one capital letter. Unfortunately, my name was spelled wrong because of this. It should be spelled "Jew-Lee" but came out "Jew-lee". Please revise the site so that there is a distinction between lower case and upper case letters.

The table runner's embroidered monogram was poorly done. There was puckering above the H on either side. There was also a discoloration (black spot) at the bottom on one side. Furthermore, there were loose threads and the decorative edging was inconsistent. Requiring a signature for delivery and not giving the customer the option to waive an in-person signature (by signing off on the Fed Ex card) is an inconvenience to the customer. Also, Fed Ex's tracking link showed that my package came to Pittsburgh earlier before being sent to another state and then back to Pittsburgh again, which was very weird.

I am sending back the item ONLY for principal. YOu ripped me off on the shipping. I never requested extra fast shipping, Just standard shipping and you have the nerve to charge me 28.00? DO you know how many reputable places I can buy this for NO SHIPPING AT ALL? then you put on your return that you will deduct 8.95 for shipping return? SO you make a 20.00 profit on shipping? I will never order from you again and I will be returning this item. DOes NM need the money that bad to rip off a customer in a hard retail world. I wont shop at NM anymore after this.

Excellent experience overall. One item is back-ordered. Merchant doesn't know when it will be in stock. However, Horchow has sent follow up postcard regarding item and giving me choices to cancel order. The other merchandise arrived sooner than I anticipated. Crystal double old fashioned glasses were excellent. Monogrammed towels were not quite up to the quality I had envisioned. Somewhat disappointed with that.

Found items to be EXACTLY as represented on both the Internet Website and Catalog. Customer Care Representative was very courteous and knowledgeable and was able to give accurate dimensions on luxury bed ensemble. Space permitting, would be helpful if sizes were given both on the Internet and in the Horchow catalogs, since I own a "Super-King" (oversized California King bed). Items arrived well packaged and in a timely manner.

Impossible!!! If they are going to sell high end furniture they should be prepared to answer simple questions such as dimensions. It's taken them 2 MONTHs to tell me the hight from the top of the credenza to the bottom of the hutch so I know my monitor will fit. Also they need to provide more functional pictures on the internet that allow you to see the furniture straight on without a desk chair covering up half the office unit. Even line drawings would suffice! Service agents keep promising they will provide information and never do. Its a shame because it LOOKS like beautiful furniture.
