There were two problems: 1. I specified with my paypal that the books were to be shipped to another address and they shipped them to me. It cost me $5 to ship them where they were supposed to go in the first place 2. The shipping cost is far above normal. I paid $9 shipping for 3 small items under $20. That is twice what I'd pay elsewhere. It ended up being cheaper for me to buy directly from the publisher without a discount. When I added the $9 shipping I paid to you AND the $5 I had to pay to ship it where it was supposed to go in the first place I paid MORE for shipping than I paid for the items. The shipping was VERY quick but I'd prefer to have the option of media mail and a MUCH lower shipping rate. Also I am not happy that they didn't grant my request to ship my items to another address. I have no problem if they couldn't but they never even emailed me to tell me it wasn't possible. Unfortunately this has soured me and I won't buy from this supplier again.

I found what I was looking for at a great low price. The customer service was prompt and courteous with quick UPS delivery. All in all, a smooth transaction.
