It was pretty good. My credit card was charged at the time of purchase. The only glitch, which I did not follow up, was that I was not reimbursed in full. The amount reimbursed was about $2 less than the charge on my card. This happened only two days after I was given a choice to wait or cancel with refund. I chose to cancel. Maybe next time I will wait so I will not lose money. I was told the item was on back order and would not be shipped until late in December. thanks

I think they had a great selection. It was a minor headache to set up a pay pal account instead of just paying via a credit card. Also After I placed the order, received confirmation that it would be shipped in a week, and they charged my credit card, they send an aplogetic email saying it would be backordered until around thanksgiving. They did give me the option to cancel w/o any problems if I choose to. Since their company had received such a good rating from your web site I decided not to cancel... I am just hoping I receive it now when they promised.
