I placed an order on 6/30 for a Bosch Refrigerator...14 days later they send an email telling the product was discontinued and could not deliver. Meantime I lost a chance to buy another Bosch product and have the rebate. Further they didn't call or didn't give excuse why took them 2 weeks to inform there were out of stock or discontinued.

I don't recommend this company.... very poor customer assistance!!

reliable and good company! I bought a combination Kitchen with refrigerator (5.3 cu. Ft.) on June 13 and it arrived in amazingly good timing, It is excellent, and the pricing, perfect. This is my first order with this company and I would not hesitate in recommending it to others.

The process was efficient and cost effective. The only problem we incurred was with our online login - our email address begins with a number and the system does not accept addresses in this form. Thus, we had to use an alternate email address.

I spent several days researching various air conditioners with 3 Cooling and 3 Heating Speeds. I was looking for something in the budget price range, after reading several other online reviews I decided this was the air conditioner for me. I apprehensively purchased from them, not knowing anything about them and what to expect. I bought washer and dryer from them. The whole experience was pleasant. I immediately received confirmation of my purchase which was on 06/15/09. On 06/16/09 I received a notification of shipping and a tracking number with an estimated delivery of 06/21/09. overall I am satisfied because they did what I wanted! would like to purchase more!

I ordered a Electrolux Range  on Tuesday, 9/06 and it was delivered on Saturday, 13/06, great service and packaged in a ton of bubble wrap so it arrived in great condition, and worked as advertised right out of the box. I would deal with this site again.

I placed an ordered a refrigerator from HE on 31st May online through shopping.com and within 24 hrs, I received a confirmation for shipping way and tracking number. I called to customer service for reconfirm this mail, they replied me positively. I received my refrigerator at 4th June before night. Item was packed very well. their staff opened the package for checking the refrigerator. Well safety!! No scratch found on item. thanx......

I will never buy from Home Everything again! I paid $700 for my product and they NEVER sent it to me! I had to open a case with paypal just to get them to respond to me! Do NOT buy from them if you actually want to get the product you paid for!

When I purchased an ice maker machine from them. the water temperature function initially did not work, but it was eventually fixed and the companies tech support was willing to help and next day; they found out the fault and correct the same day.

I wonder when I click their website, everything is clear to understand. They showed the item descriptions with pictures in large size. When i placed the order with HE; their staff people were more understanding and specialist for appliance advice.
