Everything went smoothly until they only delivered 2 of the 3 items we ordered. When the delivery company showed up at our house with only 2 of the 3 items, the delivery driver informed us that our 3rd item was on backorder. When we contacted HomeEverything they said they had shipped all three items and had no record of our 3rd item on backorder. HomeEverything gave very little customer support and offered no information as to why we only had 2 of the 3 items delivered- the only recourse we had was informing the credit card of the fraudulent internet transaction.

I received an email stating there was a problem with the shipping and that I should call them or they would call me. I called numerous times to be put on hold for over 15 minutes and the one time I got through, the person hung up on me. I order a Weber grill to be delivered to my father for Christmas and he has not received it to date. I listed his phone numbers as a contact for delivery but he didn't receive any calls. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this merchant and my shopping experience.

feedback I received after ordering, the shipping confirmation and delivery when promised clearly exceeded my expectations , this one was a very welcome change! Email responses were prompt and especially helpful for decision-making in time for Christmas's Day.

I purchased a GE Profile Range and GE Profile over-the-counter Microwave. I e-mailed the sales deptment to ask how long till delivery and they responded with an anwer of 7 to 10 days from date of purchase.

The next day the price for both items decreased a total of $79. I e-mailed sales department three times to see if they would credit me the difference and I got no responce at all! 

The range and microwave were delivered 10 days from date of purchase. I don't regret making the purchase because I still saved about 14% from the retail store sale prices and shipping was free and no sales tax.

However, because they ignored me on the price inquiry, I will not use HomeEverything to purchase major appliances in the future.

I thought the total experience was excellent. Very competitive price for the oven I was looking for, easy to use website, and the oven was exactly as described on the website and showed up well before I expected it to. There was an additional step involving a phone call that i thought was really an effort to get me to buy additional cooking accessories, but I can't find fault with that and the rep was courteous. I would certainly buy from these guys again in the future.

I needed washer and dryer <combo>, which is not found in stores anymore but found it cheaper online on HE's site with a great features i.e., wash and dry cycle up to 3 hours, direct drive motor is highly reliable, durable and quiet with1400 RPM maximum spin speed. And most probably no need to wait to transfer from the washer to the dryer. Received my order very promptly and proper packaging and status updates through email!

This seller is not honest with my order status. There is no delivery in sight as of today. It will ruin my Thanksgiving  for sure.  If you don't have it in stock, do not take my order!!  My experience begs the question: where are all these "good" reviews from?   Furthermore, this web site has several other names such as shopsunshine.com and Sunshine Electronics.  Interestingly, the reviews on that site, according to reseller ratings, are not nearly as good.  I also contacted the Better Business Bureau  about them. They have no record of this site. But they do have records for the other names, which are very disturbing, to say the least.  I would like Epinions to look into this  web site and see if other users have similar experiences.

I live in Seattle and Home Everything had the best price by more than $200 and included free shipping.  I read the other negative reviews and in my case didn't hold true.

Emailed their customer service and had a real reply within 12 hrs.  Only wanted to know the ship date.  LG refer arrived as scheduled in perfect condition.  Only caveat is UPS freight wouldn't cart it down the stairs that lead to my house.  Otherwise excellent.

Recently purchased a compact kitchen including faucet and sink with 5.3 cu. ft. was not only pleased with the quality and features but with the ease of online ordering, the amount of info about the compact kitchen and the fast shipment I chose. I considered them the first place to go when checking on pricing or a new appliance.

HE is one of those companies that do everything so well that they've basically set the standard by which other companies should be compared. To begin with, HE's stock is quite extensive so I never have to purchase a portable dishwasher elsewhere. Not only their prices were lowest but great option for billing payment like eBillme is the most secure way to pay cash online because banking passwords making it one of the best ways to protect myself against fraud and identity theft and as an authorized dealer, dishwasher came with the full manufactures warranty. Great place ......

I am very disappointment with the information provided by Home Everything.  I ordered a washing machine. The website states there is free delivery.  No where in the order process was I given the option for in home delivery or installation.  Since this was not an option, nor additional cost asked for, I assumed that this would be included with my free delivery.  My washing machine is now sitting out in my garage and not in my house because this information was not made known to me.  I would have paid an extra fee to have an in home delivery.  This should have been very apparent in the ordering process that this was not available in my location.  I would not have ordered this appliance if I had known.  What am I supposed to do with a 300 lb washing machine that is not in my house?  This is very poor customer service and I will never order from Home Everything again.

Updated! used www.homeverything.com before, and never had any problems with any order, paying for that order or delivery on that order. Order a U-shaped grill burner easy-to-clean removable grease tray from here at a discounted price with price match guarantee which makes me happy!

Was hesitant about buying a refrigerator from an unknown online vendor but they had a great price. The experience with home everything wasn't smooth sailing - refrigerator was shipped and received later than promised, (visions of thanksgiving with no fridge!), got conflicting explanations from customer service whether it had shipped or not, conflicting e mails who it shipped with and I paid for in-home delivery but it was sent UPS freight which doesn't do that service. (to boot ups called to say they lost it). They charged my credit card as soon as i place the order although i was told that wouldn't happen till it shipped.  It was a nail-biter of a ride and I was concerned there would be an issue with the fridge once we got it but it's here, it's the right one, works and looks great.  We saved about $800 so I guess the aggravation was worth it.

When I placed the order online, the item was noted to be in stock, and the transaction went through smoothly as the order confirmation email that I received from them. Order placed on Thursday October 29th. Order shipped on Friday, the 30th of October and received the item on the 3rd of November. Very satisfied! will keep coming back for more, big or small purchases alike!

This was terrific and I have already passed on Home Everything's name to a friend who is in the process of purchasing appliances for his kitchen remodel! Very pleased with entire process. Products arrived in good condition. Installation will occur in the very near future and I assume if there is any problem, Home Everything would react to that as they have with prompt customer service.

I debated with my family about ordering from other stores even though they were about $30 higher in price for the same product. abruptly I read some optimistic reviews on the their web and decide to ordered from them because the company was listed as an authorized vendor for the product I wanted to buy. products have been high end and necessarily reflect on the brand name also!
