I still have not received my order and even though I received an e-mail that it was expected to ship on 12/10, I have been unable to obtain a tracking number. I have tried to contact the company and have not had any luck getting anyone to respond to me. I just sent them another e-mail and hopefully will hear something soon.

They said it was shipped but that it might take 1 - 2 weeks via ground service, it's been almost a week now. If the item comes soon and is in good condition, I see no reason not to use them again, but quicker shipping would be better.

The only problem I had with this merchant was the fact that I placed an order and no acknowledgement was received. However, they finally acknowledged receipt of the order about 1 1/2 weeks later and followed it up with a tracking order.

Excellent service. I would recommend Home Decor Hardware to anyone. They seemed to have everything. No other store had the hinge that I needed including local stores that I visited before going on line (which I am so happy I did do)!I placed Home Decor in My Favorite Places and will keep it there forever!

The finish was switched out on the drawer pulls. The customer service rep. checked it out and we had new handles within 3 days. Did not slow work down for us at all. The first order came in about 5 days ahead of expected arrival.
The company had a very near match to some odd hardware that I had not been able to match anywhere. I was so pleased to find the as close a match as I found with this company! and great service to go with that. Yes I am pleased.

I think I missed where on the order status page it had the tracking info... I saw at the top that it said "due to ship in 2-3 days." It still had that message even after the item had shipped, so I found that confusing. I called to check on the order and it was being delivered that day. Hooray!

Received one of the products broken and not in good conditions but called them and they sent me a new one in perfect conditions and 2 day shipping completeley free. They also told me to keep the other one. It´s the way a seller should react when something goes wrong. I recommend this seller 100%.

The items shipped to me were the wrong items. I'm currently in the process of working with customer service to correct their mistake. I still don't know how to return the wrong items sent, because there was no return label with my order and they have not given me instructions yet on how to return them. I'll be stuck with the return shipping costs, and a 25% restocking fee due to their mistake. I'm not happy at all that I shopped at this online retailer.

My order took over a month to receive with no notice of delay (promised 1-week delivery, promised notice of delivery status, neither done), only to receive what I thought was a partial order. I received only pulls, not backplates. I had ordered based upon the photograph (the description was undecipherable), but the photograph was inaccurate. So I had to place another order for the backplates which have not yet been received. The lovely woman I reached when calling customer service explained that there was a problem with the manufacturer, but assured me my second order should be more timely. Not yet received. I thought my drawers would have installed pulls 4-6 weeks ago; instead, I continue to wait.
I realize that the style I ordered is no longer current, but all I ask is for communication from the vendor about delays and estimated delivery dates--oh, and advertising that is correct, not misleading.
Will not use again.

Took them 17 days to ship out my order. Not receive my order, but just for them to process and ship it out. That's simply ridiculous. There are much better options out there by companies who don't sit on your money for 2 1/2 weeks before shipping you the product.
If there was some delay because of products being out of stock or unavailable... it wasn't indicated on their site when I ordered and I received no communication stating that this was the case, as a company who values their customers would do. |

And 10-14 business days for delivery is completely unacceptable. Horrible service- paid extra for expedited shipping and after several weeks, had to make repeated phone calls to find out where product was. Was promised followup but finally just got an email saying that the item was no longer in production.
Refund took too long as well.
