I was initially pleased with the merchant. They had the item I was looking for, the price was good, I received the order promptly. Unfortunately the bamboo straws were worthless because they had a crack along the sides. I did not return them to the merchant because the cost of shipping made the return too expensive.

I ordered three signs. They're all beautiful and the quality is high. One gift came on time, but the other two were delayed by a couple of weeks. One of the signs was for my brother's birthday, and I ordered it in plenty of time. I tried to contact the site, by phone, by on line help and by email. The on line help said he couldn't access my records. Not much help. He also said perhaps the company that made the signs was closed for Christmas. If that's the case, it should have been noted on the website or sometime during my transaction. The party for my brother came and went, and I had no gift for him. He lives out of town, so now I have to ship it to him. Bad experience.

I placed an order on December 4th. I was told it would ship sometime between December 18th and December 27th. It is now January 8th and the order still has not shipped!!!

The website presentation is aesthetic and organized. I would definitely order from this vendor again. My sister received her gift before Xmas, as expected based on the shipping information presented on the website. I assume the item was in good condition, as my sister did not say otherwise - would be good to have a "don't know" option for items purchased as gifts. My only suggestion, which I also made via the website, is to list the 12 most common aromas included in the kit.

One of the glasses i ordered arrived broken. I submitted an email explaning my problem and withing a few hours i had a response. My options were explained and i wrote back telling you what was needed. By the next morning my order had been replace and another glass had been ordered. I saw the item through a link on E-vite.com to Plum Party. They were sold out so I copied the item into Google and found the Beer Bands at HomeWetBar.com. The price was lower and available. I purchased four sets to keep as gifts throughout the year. I will definitely return to this site for future party needs.

I found HomeWetBar.com through Shopzilla and was a little leery since it wasn't reviewed by any shoppers. But price of the item and shipping costs are what made me choose HomeWetBar over other merchants offered by Shopzilla. I had no problems. However, the subject line of the email notifying me that it had shipped did give me initial concern. The subject line said, "A change in status of your order". I was afraid that it was unavailable, backordered or some other problem. I was relieved to see that it merely had shipped. Perhaps a more appropriate subject line should be, "Your HomeWetBar order has shipped" , like so many other Web site send. A very minor issue, otherwise I am very satisfied with service from HomwWetBar.com.

Unfortunately, the item ordered did not arrive on time for Christmas even though I paid for expedited shipping. They did refund my shipping cost, which was good. They blamed USPS for the delay, but there is no way for me to know if the item took too long to get out the door or if it spent too much time in the hands of USPS. I would have preferred that they accepted the responsibility for the delay instead of pointing fingers, even if it was the fault of USPS. My experience as a customer is with them. I am glad they refunded the shipping, which is why I'd be willing to give them another try.
