I was very unhappy with the "customer service". I had to not only do there "live" chat to get "help" just in turn for them to tell me they did not handle that department and I needed to make a LONG distance PHONE call which I then had to leave a MESSAGE which then it took 2 days to get a return phone call stating that it would be another WEEK for my product to ship and arrive. I will never shop there again!
