Order was placed in early Nov 2005 ... it is now end of Dec 2005 and package still has not arrived. I have called their customer service number more than 6 times to try to resolve issue with shipment. Apparently, they cannot contact their shipping

I ordered a bedding set and curtains on 3/8. All items were listed as in stock. However, I have since learned that after you order, HomeVisions submits your order to the manufacturer's warehouse--they don't actually have any of this stuff in a warehouse

Order took 2 weeks to be shipped. I emailed the company to ask when the order was going to be shipped and received no response. The order of 2 boxes of dinnerware arrived on Friday. One box was broken dishes and the box was defective. They will both be returned to the merchant.

I needed to return the merchandise because the lamp was too difficult to assemble and it was then that I found out I was responsible for shipping & handling on the return item and would not be reimbursed for any shipping & handling which made my out of pocket expense for a $99.00 item over $60.00. Therefore I am not interested in any more purchases from your company.

to be honest, i was disappointed that they couldn't figure out where my item had gone during shipping in a timely manner. i did receive e-mail replies to my queries, but they were slow and i think could have been handled more efficiently as to save repeated e-mailing back and forth.
and i was not at all pleased with the curtains, themselves. the item description says nothing about the "pair" being attached and the width measurement given is for the combined width of both pieces. i thought that when something is labeled 12" wide, it is meant that each piece is 12" wide. and the photo info only shows the long curtains, and at a very small scale, so you really can't tell too much. had i been able to see a better representation of the curtain, i would not have purchased them.

We ordered two recliner covers in the first week of April, but ended up cancelling the order because the order kept on being pushed back.
I was not very impressed with the customer service department, because they didn't seem very knowledgeable about the ordering process.
Overall I was very disappointed with Homevisions and will not attempt to purchase anything from this company again.

Online shoppers, BEWARE of what you see. It's not "what you see is what you get" !!!! After window shopping for 6 hours for my client, I thought I had found what my client was looking for. Feeling very excited I e-mailed the merchandise to her. She too was very thrilled!!! I ordered the items, I recieved them 1 day before complete living room makeover installation. WHAT A GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT !!! The item only came with 1 and NOT 2 as shown on display. We both thought it came as a pair as we seen. The description said sculpture with a photo next to it with a pair so we thought it was one order,set of 2. I phone in to inquire and the lady was very,very,very rude !!! She said "what is it you don't understand" it said sculpture not sculptures". When it comes to customer service and the quality of their web site ordering display I would rate them a ZERO. My job didn"t look complete, my client was very disappointed. Sure I could order another one to complete the set, but the point of it all was a "complete surprise makeover" for a dear sweet couple who has always put their children first and now that they are home as a couple again the makeover would have been something they deserve!!! WHAT AN INCOMPLETE SURPRISE!!!

Customer service rep was uncaring about my dilemma. Said couldn't help me. Website said it would take about 3 weeks to get to me anyway, why couldn't they change the address? No explanation given. About a week after ordering the quilt I received a phone call from Customer Service stating the credit card number did not go through, which was my fault as I had entered the expiration date incorrectly. The Customer Service Rep put the order back in for me at that time. Then about a week after that I recieved of phone call stating the quilt was no longer in stock. I proceeded to order a different quilt from Overstock.com which I received within 2 weeks.

I am disappointed in the item that I purchased.
Pictures on the Web page and in the catalog did not accurately represent the description of the pedestal. I
had my son carry off the carton, so therefore I am stuck
with this ugly piece and did not appreciate the thought of paying freight on returning it.
I have no intention of placing another item from Home Visions.

My "online" purchase was processed manually on their end which caused my credit card information to be mis-entered, which caused them to call me 2 days later to correct before they processed the order. I had to call Customer Service to ask when the items should be expected - answer was "about 10 business days". The bed was shipped direct from the distributor/manufacturer & was not in the expected condition or quality. Parts don't fit together well and screws won't stay tightened. When attached as directed, left & right footboard pieces are not aligned the same (left side stands 2 inches more distance from the bedframe than the right side) and left footboard post has a very noticeable scrape. The door topper has still not been shipped/received. I received NO email notifications/confirmations of when the order was processed or when the items were shipping (as with most major e-tailers). My credit card was charged immediately, rather than at the time of item shipments (as with most major e-tailers). I had to call Customer Service to determine the status of my door topper item & was told "an inquiry" would be placed, then I waited 2 more days for a phone call with the status (which said it was due to ship 10/15). Item has not yet arrived.

The product looked lovely on the email picture, but the when received the colors were quite different and the fabric seemed of poor quality for the dollar amount. Would not recommend this vendor. Additionally, I had to pay shipping and handling charges for both ways. When I asked the customer service rep if there is any consideration for shipping charges, after chuckling he said "we don't pay that"

A week after I successfully ordered my product on line, I received a phone call that the ordered curtains were no longer available. They had accepted too many orders and the warehouse was out of the product. As it was a special sale on a discontinued item, I couldn't back order the product. I asked if I could receive the same price on a similar item and was told I could not. I often shop on line and this was the first time I attempted to purchase from Home Visions. It will probably be my last. The site should be updated to reflect current availability.
