I received items before their expected arrival date. The only complaint I have is on the website, they need to allow you to see each item close up, not just the whole room (on the bedroom items) other than that everything's good!

The initial shopping and post ordering experiences were fine. As far as delivery, Homevisions stated it would take a month (which I felt was too long) but it was alot quicker. So their shipping performance looks good, because they put the delivery date so far out that their will always look like they are beating their delivery time. What I did not like was the DECEPTIVE PRICING. We found stools that we liked, at a price we liked, then at checkout a $7 per chair charge on top of the $47 shipping charge, which I felt was also excessive considering the weight of each stool. You could have more adequately warned me of this charge, and not at checkout. I wasn't shipping a car engine. I bought a CD amoire from Marshall Fields, it weighed twice as much as the 4 stools combined and it's shipping was FREE - not $75. I could buy again from Homevisions, but they will certainly not be my first choice, considering their shipping policies.

The shopping experience for this company was ok. The only problem was the chair we ordered was listed as a pneumatic task chair, and it was not pneumatic. There is a big difference between the two chairs. I emailed the company to tell them that they needed to change the title of this item on their web page. I checked today and it has not been changed...

Part of my order was unfulfillable due to discontinued stock and my credit card has yet to be reimbursed for the item. Mostly, my experience was good. They were communicative about the problems and worked to resolve the issues.

Am still holding out final opinion. There were snafu's that resulted in the order being shipped twice. Am waiting to see that I ws not billed twice for the order and, if so, how quickly a credit is issued.

The Home Visions website is pretty good. The items need more of a description and the ability to get a close-up of the fabrics or style would be better. Also for my balloon curtains it would have been good to tell that it was a stationary curtain.
