Customer Service and Management is terrible. I have bought from this company a few times with out a problem. But this past time I spent over $700 on rugs, I was sent one wrong item, one item was back ordered and one I wished to return because I found the rug dangerously slippery. They agreed to send me the correct rug...but only after I placed a reorder...so I had two options I could wait a cycle or two till the wrong rug was credited back than place a reorder or I could put another expensive rug on my card at the same time...I find this unacceptable. I canceled an order that was back ordered for a month and was told that I would have to see if it could be canceled, if not I would have to receive it and then pay for it to be returned? Lastly since I spent so much money I asked if they could pick up the rug I was unhappy with(which was a very small rug...maybe cost $5 or $6 to ship...I was told no! I emailed management and I was still told no...So I won't be shopping at Home Visions anymore! It gets to a point where companies treat you like they are paying you instead of you paying them for a product...and that you shouldn't expect quality and if you do to bad.
