The shipping company failed to deliver. I had to pick up the order by driving 40 miles to the trucking center. One of the ordered cabinets was damaged. I wanted to cancel, but homeclick refused and shipped the replacement. Two weeks and ten phone calls later, it's still not here.... while my contractor is gone...
DO NOT SHOP WITH HOMECLICK. IT IS A DISASTER! |

2 items were ordered because they were listed as in stock and would ship within 2 to 3 days....2 weeks later they are still "on order" from the manufacturer with "no idea" when they will be shipped. I specifically ordered from this merchant because they stated the items were ready to ship within 2 to 3 days... they lied and I am stuck!! (and not happy!!)

Very easy to do shop at Home.click and everything arrived in good condition. However I considered sending back an item but then read that there is a 25% restock charge. Well on my $700 item it would have been about $175, so I just kept the item. That seems a bit excessive!

I thought I had placed an on-line order on a Saturday but did not recieve a confirmation page. I didn't want to click again to avoid a double order. I called on Monday to check to see if an order had been placed. The CSR was professional and helpful. Even though she found no record of the order, she said I could still get the 10% discount that was offered on the weekend. Still waiting for confirmation of the discount though.
The sink and faucet arrived in excellent condition, safely packaged with all instructions and warranty information. I received an early notification that the other items are on back order and will arrive in 2-3 weeks. My first experience ordering large household goods, I am pleased for now.

I've loved shoping on line because your selections is great. I have only received one item and have five more to go. I was able to look over a period of weeks and save my list to my shoping cart. One problem I had was when I was ready to order the new items would not readily go into the cart as they had before but I had to add them to register and back in the cart to add them.

The item didn't come after two weeks. I received no info from the company. I e-mailed and asked about the order. They then responded by e-mail that item was on backorder and would be another 10 days for them to get it and another 10 or more days for me to receive it. This was to be a gift and it is entirely unacceptable business.

Customer service and Sales departments do not communicate with one another. Cancelling any part of an order requires a phone call, leaving a voice mail, then waiting for a return e-mail. Item colors or finishes cannot be changed once the order has been placed without cancelling an item then reordering.

I ordered a 20-piece set of Spode dishes for my mother for Mother's Day. It was supposed to take 2-3 business days to receive my order since the items were in stock. Needless to say, my mother's gift didn't arrive by Mother's Day and hadn't even shipped when I called on Monday after Mother's Day. (closed on weekends) Today is Wednesday (exactly one week AFTER I was SUPPOSED to receive my order and I STILL DO NOT HAVE IT!!) The representative couldn't answer any of my questions as to WHY it didn't come and I had to talk to her boss. After repetitive phone tag, I did speak to someone and they said it was shipped finally, and that they'd like to offer me 10% off. This doesn't quite make up for the fact that I ordered in plenty of time, and still wasn't able to give my mother a gift on Mother's Day!! I even called to double-check (for my own peace of mind) that my gift would arrive before Mother's Day and was reassured that it would since "it was in-stock". DO NOT ORDER FROM HOME-CLICK IF YOU NEED AN ITEM BY A CERTAIN TIME!!!

I have shopped at Homeclick 4 times. Prices are great but availability is spotty. I received some items right away while others have taken over 3-4 weeks with no communication from Homeclick about the delay- only that they are awaiting word from the manufacturer. Homeclick should try harder to estimate when items are shipped so customers can plan ahead without waiting unncessarily.

I ordered a sink online that was stated to be in stock and would ship in 1-2 days. After not receiving it in 7 days, I called (on a Monday) to see when it should arrive. The customer service woman on the phone said it was not in stock when I ordered it, that it would not arrive at their warehouse until another 3 days (Thursday), would not be shipped for another 4 days (Monday), and that I would not receive it until 2 more days (Wednesday). I mentioned that it was stated to be in stock on the web site, and she said that on the web site it states that the products might not necessarily be in stock and that I should place a phone call to find out for sure. I went back to the web site to look for that message, but it was nowhere to be found. The only thing I could find was "call for a quote" along with phone number to call. This has put my kitchen remodeling a week behind schedule.

I had to go to sales dept. and was on hold a very long time, then a disconnect, then another long wait. When I didget a "voice" I was transferred to Customer Service. I received excellent service once connected to Customer Service. I wish they had a prompt to take a customer directly to Customer Service.

My only complaint is the Federal Express delivered the package when we were not at home and they left it at the front door. Someone could have taken it and it would have been a trouble especially since the item cost $1,495.00. Other than that, I am very happy with the whole event and I am planning to continue shopping at Home.click God willing.
