1. ordering was great. 2. one of the items was incorrect. 3. When I called I had to wait too long for live customer contact (23 minutes). 4. Once I had contact, the rep was courteous, efficient and very nice. 5. I was told the deficiency would be reported and someone would get back to me. 6. No one has. 7. I received a confirmation of shipment on another part of my order...it was being sent to the wrong address (somewhere in Hawaii), 8. I e-mailed back that the address was incorrect. 9. No response. 10. I have not yet received the rest of my order or a correction of the items missing from the first shipment.
Recommendations: Faster human contact on your end. On shipping confirmations, list items being sent. When an error occurs, make contact. If an item is incorrectly sent, make contact. I feel as if I've been ignored and have no idea what is going on with both the correction to my original order and where the rest of the order currently is (I hope not in Hawaii). I just hope that this does not become a credit card problem if I am charged for items I do not have. If partial shipments are being made, state so, let the customer know what is being shipped and approximate time of the remainder of shipment being sent. This way, one would have a better idea of what to expect. Thank you.

Poor return policy, no satisfaction guarantee. I selected HomeClick as one of the authorized online dealers for Mosquito Magnets. Unfortunately, their prices are high and they have no pricing policy to match other vendors. Frontgate, another authorized dealer, reduced prices 3 days later by almost $80 cheaper than HomeClick's sale price. Frontgate has a generous return policy and satisfaction guarantee. There is no reason to recommend HomeClick to any of your customers. Thanks

I entered the wrong zip code on the shipping address. Spotted within minutes, but had no way to correct. They weren't home when I called. I filled in a customer service form, but never heard from them. The product still hasn't arrived. I will never buy from them again.

Web site specified a shipping time of 2 to 3 days. 10 days after placing the order, I got an email saying that my order was PLACED, was not cancellable, and would take 4 to 5 weeks to ship. My credit card was charged immediately after I did the original web order. It is now 36 hours after I replied to the delay notice email, and I have not received a response yet.
Vendor SHOULD have:
1) stated realistic shipping time on the web page
2) contacted me about the delay to obtain my approval if the delay was longer than originally stated.
3) not charged my credit card until item was actually ready to ship

The web pages are very slow to navigate compared with other vendors on the web. The tea press arrived a couple of days after the follow-up survey reached my mail box, so it was slower to be delivered than either you or I predicted. It was well packed and arrived in perfect condition which is, after all, the main issue.

Merchant buys from distributors. Merchant has not idea if the items are in stock or are backordered. Merchant cannot call customers about backorders because they have not tracking system. They depend on the customer to call looking for the item. Then they check with distributor. My faucet was delayed two times on backorder. Both times, I had to call HomeClick. I finally cancelled the order. I would not recommend doing business with them as they are very disorganized.

I ordered a Porcher Absolut toilet I had seen at Home Expo for $599 and another local plumbing store for $613.00 over Memorial Day weekend for $467.00. My email regarding shipping was answered promptly and the item was delivered by a professional local carrier to the inside my home on July 5th. While the wait may take a little longer then estimated, all stores require a deposit and lengthy wait-service and savings make Homeclick a great deal. I have tried to contact HomeClick.com via email on 2 occasions with no reply which is guaranteed in 24 hours. I have phoned their 800 number and waited 10-15 minutes for a customer service rep. who was unable to answer any questions and was not knowledgable. At this point, I feel I may have made a serious mistake in dealing with this company and am contemplating contacting my credit card company and telling them not to honor any charges from this company. This does not feel like a reputable on line company.

Call about lead time for delivery. The web site said 1-2 weeks delivery and it is now six weeks and I still don't have my order. Customer service said my items have finally arrived from the manufacturer and are somewhere in the huge warehouse but they can not locate them. They might be to me in a week or so. We wanted to know if the product was available and how long it would take to ship, but to get that information we had to submit a separate inquiry and get an email back the next day. The information was generic (1 to 2 weeks from the manufacturer) and the email asked us if we wanted to place the order -- but we already had placed it. Seemed rather disjointed, as if the information wasn't getting to everyone who needed it. Since I haven't received the product yet, I really shouldn't be forced to answer the question on this survey "Did you receive the products you expected in good condition" yes or no.

Order was for 72 glasses. Two were broken and one was missing. Custumer service people were friendly but did not keep me informed. Surprised when FedEx came and picked up the broken glasses. Replacement glasses were shipped for the two broken. Called again to ask about the missing glass. It arrived later. Homeclick could have sent email to inform me of status of Fedex pickup, and timing of replacement glasses.
