Deceptive or incompetent, I still don't have what I ordered.

I feel Homeclick is either deceptive or incompetent. I paid for my washlet on 7/8. They assured me (with 3 emails and 4 telephone calls) that it would ship in 1-2 business days. Today, they admit that they don't have it and can't get it until the end of August! They have wasted so much of my time and now I have to start all over. I missed the window with the plumber, more hassle and expense for me. The telephone support was pleasant, but not helpful (what else could they do?) For a few dollars more, I would have saved myself so much wasted time on the phone and coordination with the contractor doing the installation. I see the same product is advertised today at their website for $20 more. So, I wonder if they have it in the wharehouse but will be giving it to someone else? I had to cancel the order today and start all over. These guys give internet shopping a bad name.

I ordered a designer toilet (Toto) from Homeclick and was told it was in stock and would be delivered in 4 days. 10 days later the tank and seat showed up. I called and was told that the bowl was shipping separately and would ship that day. One more week and no bowl. I called back and was told it was backorderd and would take 4-6 weeks for delivery!?!?
If you order from this place BEWARE and be patient. They don't seem to know what is in stock or not and were not very willing to do anything at all to accommodate their error. I had to return the entire order and purchase locally. |

Homeclick is horrible to do business with. I returned a sink because it was a completely different color than what was represented on their web site. I sent them a picture of what appeared on their website and a picture of the actual product I received. Two of their customer service people agreed (there was a defect). They agreed the sink I received was orange and that the picture on their site was brown and gold. They still charged me a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs. Not only that...it was a hassle to return the product to them.
I shop online all the time. I've never had an experience quite as bad as this one. I will never do business with them again. Did I mention that Homeclick is horrible to do business with. |

HomeClick.com is the worst vendor or website that I have ever dealt with in my life. After ordering two bathroom cabinets and have the shipment delayed twice (going from two weeks to six weeks for delivery), one of the units arrived with a broken mirror.
Per their policy I notified "CustomerService@homeclick.com" of the damaged goods received and never heard back from them. I followed up asking for an RMA, per the CC company and big surprise, I never heard from anyone. This company needs to be put out of business and recognized for the complete failure that it is. Don't purchase anything from them, you will regret it. |

The item was not in stock and the amount of time required to receive the item took too long. It took forever for Home Click to respond to my inquiries, so I canceled the order and ordered the item directly from the manufacturer for $10 less, cheaper shipping, and received the item in three days. Home Click is good when an item is in stock. But when the item is not in stock, be prepared to wait a very long time.

Do not order from HomeClick if you need something quickly. My items were not scheduled to ship until 2.5 weeks after I ordered them. I need the items this week. As soon as I received the email with this lengthy timeframe for delivery I called to cancel the order. I was told it was too late to cancel the order because the shipping is "in process" even though my order is not scheduled to ship for another 2 weeks! Customer service was not helpful at all (and they say customer service is their #1 priority!). What a joke.

Great prices, wide selection. All items delivered on time and packaged very well. I called to place my order and the sales rep was knowledgable and helped me choose the right options for my BBQ. I ordered several items at the same time and they were shipped seperately but all were delivered on time or early. This website has products at prices you just can't find anywhere else.

Decent prices but NOT worth it considering the delivery nightmare! I was given a date for shipping in an e-mail...didn't actually ship till three days later. I was called and given a four hour delivery window which I took time off for. I am still waiting three hours after the end of their delivery window. Supposedly they will be here in a half hour...we'll see. When I tried to contact homeclick customer service, they are closed so I can't talk to someone about the extremely horrible shipping issue.

I made the mistake of not reading the reviews prior to ordering some very aggressively priced fixtures. I tried to cancel the order that I placed Saturday night first thing Monday morning, but was advised it had already shipped (?). Anyway, I was pretty nervous, but here I am less than two weeks later, and everything was shipped exactly as I ordered it, and in perfect condition.

Great selection, knowledgeable sales people. I ordered a high-end espresso machine from them, did a lot of research online and found that Homeclick had the best price and most selection. When I asked the sales person more detailed questions than she was ready to answer I even spoke to the merchant who was great, Joseph. My order was delivered early and LOVE the product

Beware, description of items are not clear. The pictures on website don't match the items you think you are ordering. We called Customer Service, they are aware of the issue but they would not refund the total amount, we were still subject to a 25% restocking fee. After 8 weeks we have received only a portion of the refund.
I do not recommend this company at all. |

They are just awful. I ordered something on January 15th and it said two weeks delivery. It is now March 15th and I still have not received the item. They are just a reseller -- so all they do is take your order and then order it themselves.
Also, they receive their materials in a warehouse that is not built for speed. I was told that the 1 part of my order that actually showed up that I would have to wait because it was on a "palette". Really, what they are saying is the warehouse people don't feel like taking in the product they received and shipping it out to their customers. Not exactly what you would expect after waiting months for something that was never a "backorder" item. While the customer service people are very nice, there is nothing they can do to help. Also, on the front end the Homeclick team did not even order the correct product initially, so what should take 1 month (even though they don't state that), takes literally months. Be warned. Its not worth the lower price. |
