Homeclick.com should be called Homeyclick.com - buyer beware

There is no such thing as delivery speed from Homeclick.com. Their pricing is great but, the wait is hardly worth it. If you are on a schedule, don't order from them. Order accuracy is good. Customer Service will cut you off if you are waiting longer than 5 minutes to try to talk to them. That's right, you must keep calling them back - it's like going to the back of the line after you've stood there 5 minutes. If you cancel part or all of your items on an order, don't expect to get credit or a refund right away. If you want a credit (refund) for what you cancel you have to wait until they send you an email stating that THEY have APPROVED your REQUEST for a refund of the items cancelled. Their Customer Service Reps try to be nice but, how can they when their policies restrict them from giving the customer what should be expected. I think there is something very fish going on with them. They charge your CC at the time of order, not the date your order is shipped. Thus, there is no incentive for them to fulfill your order. They are better off leaving your order unfilled as long as possible because they could stick the money in the bank and draw interest on the money that they "borrowed" from you while your order is being processed and filled. By the way, it's been a week now since I requested a cancellation on part of my order because I could get the goods faster and cheaper from someone else, they still have not sent me an email to notify me that they have or have not approved the credit...
