I had a good experience with Homeclick ordering some bathroom hardware. I had found the Toto pieces I wanted including two towel bars and a toilet paper holder. Homeclick had good information regarding product specifications and the site shows all of the finish options available. I did use their link to check inventory and the items I wanted were in stock. I placed the order and received a confirmation email within a day. I then received an item shipped email only two days after placing the order. The items arrived within 3 days and the order was complete.

About the only negative in the process was the condition of the shipping box which made me concerned about potential damage to the hardware. The hardware individually packaged in boxes and those were packed into a large box filled with foam peanuts. Homeclick seems to have packed the item properly so I believe the shipping company banged up the outside box. Nothing was harmed, however.

I had shopped around extensively for these pieces and found Homeclick's prices to be over 30% discounted for similar items. I do not know how they get such low prices. My hardware is the type often only sold through kitchen and bath showrooms who only sell to contractors so I assume the markup is normally very high. I appreciated the opportunity to buy directly myself and save.

I considered ordering fixtures, sink, and toilet through Homeclick also but was concerned by poor reviews I had seen particularly with regard to inaccurate stock and delivery information. I couldn't have my contractors waiting for pieces to arrive so I choose to not order through this site. With my experience now I may choose them in the future for larger orders, especially if they confirm the pieces are in stock. It is hard to pass up saving potentially hundreds of dollars.
