I ordered on May 27, 2008. The website assured me two weeks. I needed the item for an event 7/19... plenty of time. I received an e-mail before 7/8 that it was on back order and would not be shipped until 7/8. The e-mail said to respond to it if it was an issue. I responded asking to be assured it would arrive by 7/19... no reply. I tried again... no reply. On 7/10 I called the company. The shipment was coming from California the next day, but would not arrive by the date I needed it - 7/19. Although pleasant, customer service obviously was use to this issue and more or less agreed with me that this is how the company does business. My card was already hit and cancellation and refund should take 2 to 3 business days (??? we'll see). I was told there was a backlog of cancellations... shocker!!! NEVER AGAIN... WHY BOTHER... THE PRODUCT IS BEING SOLD, BUT DOES NOT EXIST... IT WILL BE SHIPPED WHEN AND IF THEY EVER GET IT. OVER 6 WEEKS IS TOO MUCH TIME... THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD THE ITEM ON THEIR WEBSITE... ALL OTHER SITES SAID "OUT OF STOCK"... should have been my first clue.
