I found the best prices (for sites that would ship nationwide) for Toto toilets online on Homeclick.com. Only after I placed my order did I think to check the retailer ratings online and then boy was I worried. I'm happy to say that I think they have fixed the problems people reported. A call I made to customer service verifying the order was very friendly, helpful, and accurate. The item was in stock as promised and shipped within 2 business days, which was the day it was promised. It arrived to me two days later in perfect shape. I was very happy with the freight company they used (New Penn) that called me a day ahead of time to make sure I would be home, then called 15 minutes prior to delivery to confirm. The company delivered it to my door, checked to make sure it was not broken, and hauled the pallet away. The only downside was the website that didn't update the status of the order accurately, although they did send me an email with tracking number once it was shipped. I won't hesitate to use Homeclick again! Side note: don't forget to check coupon sites for a promo code, I was able to save 5% that way in addition to getting free shipping.
