I had a very bad ordering experience with Homeclick two years ago. I thought I would give them another try but after reading these reviews I see they haven't changed their ways. The salesperson I spoke with when I initially ordered my 400lb cast iron tub assured me that the tub delivery would be white glove service. The shipping company would take the item off the truck and bring it into the house. The first tub they delivered was damaged and dumped on the front lawn when I wasn't home (no prior warning it was coming on that day). After many phone calls and emails they agreed to pick up the damaged tub and deliver another - no white glove service this time. I threatened making a formal complaint with the BBB as they clearly stated, on the record, when I ordered the tub that it would be white glove service. They finally agreed to reimburse me if I arranged to hire a local mover to bring the tub into the house. They did, after many, many weeks send me a check but the damaged tub is still sitting in our garage two years later. They never came to pick it up and I expect they never will.
