I ordered a few items from homeclick for a bathroom remodel - Kohler undermount sinks, Ginger light sconces, and a Toto toilet. They seemed to have the lowest prices for what I was getting. The thing to remember with these stores is that a lot of what they do is just take your order & have the manufacturer drop-ship the item to you. The items that were marked as in stock showed up amazingly quickly - in about 2 days. (It seems that a distribution center is located in my state, since some things I ordered from someone else shipped from the same place & also arrived quickly. YMMV.) None of them had any damage. The toilet was marked "ships in 4 to 6 weeks" and hasn't shipped yet (3 weeks), due to it being backordered. I don't have a problem with that - I was aware that it was a longer shipping time when I placed the order, and nowhere local has them in stock either, since it's an odd finish (Sanagloss). I called about it and got through to a real person who was pleasant, though she couldn't tell me any more than the order status form on the site did. I would have no hesitation ordering from them again.
