I am completely satisfied with the quality of the soap dispenser I purchased. The most time-consuming part of my experience was having to browse each designer/manufacturer for a dispenser. I would have liked to look at all wall-mounted soap dispensers at once. It arrived on time in excellent condition.

Very good experience. Received the merchandise earlier than I expected. I called the merchant to check on the order and they got back to me in about 2 hours to let me know that the supplier had already shipped it out and that I would receive it in about 3 days. Right on time on the third day. What a surprise that was.

We have remodeled 3 bathrooms and initially purchased two faucets from HomeCenter. We were so pleased with the product/service, we then purchased the 3rd faucet as well. I might add that with the particular faucet purchased, it was at almost half the price a local retailer was charging.

This is one of my worst purchasing experiences ever. They shipped my order two weeks late. Then when it arrived it was the wrong item. I needed the sink for remodeling which threw off the whole project. Don't use them. They are incompetent!!!!!!!!

Vrey frustrating. I ordered a sink, but it arrived without the drain...you have to be kidding...what good is a sink without the drain? I went back online, pulled up the sink and well below (I never saw it the first time) was a section showing "required accessories". I then ordered the drain kit, paid additional shipping (which was more than the part) and low and behold the drain kit that arrived was too small. I had to make a telephone call and order yet a third time to get the correct drain kit (I didn't bother to return the wrong drain kit as I had wasted enough on postage already). This is completely unreasonable and a waste of time and money (on shipping). The necessary parts should be included with the sink...end of story!

It was a very time-consuming and frustrating experience. In addition, it is extremely inconvenient and totally unacceptable that I have to be charged almost a third of my purchase price for "restocking" because the merchandise I received was of such poor quality that I had to return it. That is the problem with shopping online -- you can't see or touch what you are buying. I thought shopping at Home Depot was bad, but this was the worst shopping experience of my life. I will never buy from you again and I will urge others not to. Your business policy is outrageous.

Item was stated to be "in stock" at the time of purchase. Two days after the purchase, I received a terribly brief, 2 line emial that stated that the item was on "back-order" with no further explaination. I thought the email may have been bogus because it didn't look professional, so I called. After a long wait on hold, it was confirmed that the item was on back order and it would be sent to me in three weeks. We have approached that time and I still do not have the item. It's unacceptable.

I found the website easy to negotiate. Placing the order was easy. When I called to check on progress they were cordial. When I was referred to a supervisor because the delivery of the sink was potentially going to be late, I left a message. I did not recieve a return call, but the merchandise was sent expeditiously. I am happy and content.

They are RIPOFF artists. I ordered a $145 brass outdoor lamp from them and they sent me a $30 under the counter kitchen lamp. I complained and they claimed they would send UPS out to pick up the incorrect lamp (the only way I could get my $145 back). UPS never came. I called to dispute the charge with my credit card and they were waiting on info from homecenter.com for 2 months. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU CRAP.

Ordered a sink, faucet and soap dispenser on Sunday evening. Was at my door, in perfect condition, by Wednesday afternoon. Extremely prompt...accurate...and, I might add, beat the local competition by more than 30%! I am a very happy customer, and would definitely shop here again. Thanks!!!

The item was reported in stock, then after 3 to 4 days it was reported not available, but for an extra $40, they would express ship from another source. After another week without receiving the item, I e-mailed about where it was. It finally arrived 3 days later. The item started out as free shipping, I agreed to pay $20 extra for 2-3 day shipping. It took 2 weeks,an extra $60, and an e-mail to finally get the product.

Your web says you will recieved the product 2 to 5 days then you find out is 4 to 6 weeks, they almost may me purchase a lift for 45 dollars ,to lift a door less than 45 pounds and the cost of shipping, was too much 99.00 ,the delivery company make my husband waste a whole day Friday at our damaged home were no one lives and did not show up until the following Monday when I called ,,I will tell my friends not to buy internet.An unhappy customer
