Good selection of products, fast availability and delivery. A few problems with proper packing of goods resulting in breakage, however good customer support, easy return and exchange. Excellent prices but high shipping costs. All in all a good experience and I have already recommended homecenter.com to others.

We LOVE these guys! Found them when looking for our kitchen sink, called, got superb customer service and fast receipt of the sink we needed. We came back to buy our faucet because we had such a great experience the first time and the return trip was even better! Dominic Anfossi helped us find what we wanted and we received it the next day, it doesn't get any better than that! Thank you for being the best website purchase we've experienced, we'll be back when we do our bathroom!

STAY AWAY from HOMECENTER.COM. I ordered a toilet in November, credit card was charged immediately and did not receive shipment or any tracking number. I contacted consumer service and received no reply. I finally contacted the reps and received the runaround big time. These idiots provided a shipment confirmation to a different address signed by who knows who. They service is horrible; no one has any idea about anything. At this point I am challenging the charge via my CC company and threatened to file litigation against this dishonest company.

Sink arrived quickly but was missing options that were requested. The order page lacked the ability to select options that were available for this product so I entered the request in an open field like this at the end of the order page. We tried to contact the seller through a previous correspondence about fixing the problem ourselves since shipping the sink back would be rather pricey. We also wanted to return an item that was purchased with the sink, but got no reply. In the end, we can make the sink work and will sell the extra part on ebay, but probably not buy here again.

The ease of their website, The no shipping charge over $75.00, their great customer service and sales department. Best price I found on-line. I read their return policy and was a bit nervous. Seems like they're heavily set to protect themselves. The sink box was packed in a larger box. The exterior box was damaged. UPS said they had no provision for signing as "Subject to Inspection" as seemed required by the vendor. I tried to contact them for instructions, but accepted the box anyway. I was relieve to find the interior box and the sink were undamaged. I heard back the next day but no longer needed direction since the sink was fine. They saved me a lot over other vendor prices. I'd buy there again, but need to be more clear on what to do if a box is damaged and the shipper doesn't let you sign/mark it as directed.

don't be fooled. do your research. do not order from this company. prices are lower elsewhere and their business policies on returns are common thievery! I am in the home restoration business and deal with many online companies. I've never seen 25%-35% restocking fees plus a 7.95 processing fee anywhere else. absolutely outrageous. this company should be ashamed of themselves. please email anyone you know to avoid homecenter. I am on a mission to put this company out of business. my extensive resource list has already been informed to avoid.

I am very disappointed with everything about Homecenter. I do not like the return policy and the way it is handled still waiting on credit for a return. Ordered another toilet seat my account was charged never received the merchandise. Called a service rep. 3 weeks after it was supposed to delievered only to be told they could not get it for me. Still waiting on deletion from my charge card. This to me is totally unacceptable

I needed to buy this specific unit for the installation of my irrigation system at home. I ordered a IrritrolĀ® Rain Dial RD600 EXT (I think). I called and spoke with someone at the number on the site and they answered my questions that I had. I ordered it on a Thurday and I called on Monday and the order still had not been shipped. I needed the product immediately by that time because it was holding up me testing my irrigation system. I had to cancel the order because of the poor response time in processing the order. I had to drive to Mobile , Al and buy the unit from a reseller at a dramatically marked up cost because of this. I was very dissatisfied with the way the order was processed.

I recently underwent a large home improvement project that required various kitchen and bathroom accessories ranging from sinks to faucets to specialty items like the insinkerator. Home improvement can be daunting to say the least and that's why I am taking the time to write this review about my experience with homecenter.com. With so many choices to make, my wife and I really appreciated the personal help Dominic Anfossi provided. His product knowledge and expert advice reminded me of the 1st class treatment you receive from concierge at a five star hotel! The entire experience was actually fun! And you really can't complain when you are shopping from your living room recliner with a laptop. And the great service didn't stop after the sale. I was kept informed of my deliveries which all arrived when expected. I highly recommend home center.com Ask from Dominic and tell him Joe recommended you!

My first shopping experience with HomeCenter.com was a smooth one. Dominic Anfossi, the sales person i spoke with, was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to meeting my specific needs. He met me at the show room and spent time going over all the different products and the suggestions he provided were very helpful, as well. To me the most impressive part was when i checked his prices against my contractor's prices.. my contractor told me he simply couldn't beat them. The delivery speed and order accuracy were as promised. Overall, the customer service was great. Ever since then, HomeCenter.com has been my first choice for all my plumbing needs. Thanks Dominic.

I made more than several atempts to contact the homecenter , by phone and email.. They did not respond once to any of my messages left for them.. I own a home Improvemant buisness and unfortunatly i will not use the home Center for my self or any of my customers..

I want to let you know how completely happy I have been with HomeCenter.com's service. Dominic Anfossi helped me on several occasions, and was always totally knowledgeable and helpful. It's obvious that he has an extensive knowledge of the products you have available, and he was extremely responsive when helping me find just what I was looking for.
I am also very happy with the HomeCenter.com website. It enabled me to take Dominic's suggestions and look around for what else might be available.
