I ordered a faucet from Homecenter.com and when it arrived it was missing a part (drain pull) as well as the handles. After numerous attempts to contact them I was told the handles were $44.00 extra (not what the picture or add showed, who buys a faucet without handles, anyway), I reluctantly ordered the handles and was told the drain pull was on back order. I was in the middle of a remodel and after numerous attempts I convinced them to send me another faucet and that I would return the one with the missing part, that was Oct 08'. Two months ago I contacted the BBB and they have made several attempts to contact Homecenter.com and have had no luck. I still to this day have not received my refund of $177.01 and have been given the run around from both Christina Brown, who is in charge of returns (big mistake) and Brian Okin the CEO. As of yesterday they have stopped returning my emails and telephone messages. I've tried numerous avenues to contact Brian, vis his myspace page and his facebook page, but still no response. I guess all I can do is keep emailing them until I get my refund. I would not recomend this company to anyone. The companies website has a long list of testimonials, but not one of them involves a return. Maybe Brian needs to take a long look at Christina Browns job description and make some adjustments.
