I feel like I am beating a dead horse by repeating the same thing everyone else has said but I still feel like I must say it again.  PLEASE DO NOT USE HOME ANNEX.  We have went through 3 purchases not by choice and have lost money we will probably never see again.  I purchases some cup pulls and received the wrong size.  They had me believing it was my fault and we reordered this time calling the service center as well as placing in online to make sure everyone was clear.  They sent us round knobs this time with the finish we wanted but nothing close to cup pulls.  As it turns out we were able to use them and kept them.  It took us over 3 weeks of either me or my husband calling every day regarding our refund for the first order and hearing the same lies until we finally got ahold of a supervisor who said it had been credited to our account the week before according to his records.  When I threatened to report him to the BBB he sent me an email with just an account number and saying it was credited and what do you know it showed up in our account that day.  NOW, we are waiting for our original order of the cup pulls and it has been well over 2 months since we ordered them.  I will not get excited until we get them.  I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN.  THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES.
